Kevin Patterson awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation

Kevin Patterson, a Colorado Springs REALTOR^® has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS^®.

REALTORS^® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 REALTORS^® out of over 1.1 million REALTORS^® nationwide have earned the credential.

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR^® code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Kevin Patterson is the Broker / Owner of The Patterson Group real estate company in Colorado Springs.  He is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS^®.  Kevin, as a former US Marine Corps officer, believes in giving back to his community.  He on the Board of the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees, Colorado Springs School.  He has also participated in the past as a member of the board of Penrose St. Francis Hospital, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Kissing Camels Property Owners Association just to mention a few.  In addition he has volunteered his time as an auctioneer for over 12 non-profit charities in the Pikes Peak Region raising over $330,000.
