SpringsHouses.com gets iPhone app

SpringsHouses.com now offers a way for iPhone users to search the inventory of local homes for sale on the go, through a new SpringsHouses.com app available through iTunes.

The app allows users to search for homes by area, size, price and other factors, and provides useful tools like a mortgage calculator, a real estate dictionary, a tape measure and census data. When users find a home they like, they can save it to a portfolio for easier access at a later time. Users can also save search parameters to easily keep an eye on homes in their price range.
